Corey Yazzie (Diné [Navajo]), a visual artist, illustrator, photographer, and graphic designer based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, has provided design services to First American Art Magazine and FAAM advertisers for several years.
Corey earned his bachelor’s degree in graphic design from the Southwest University of Visual Arts and studied studio arts at the Institute of American Indian Art. He served as assistant art director for the Weekly Alibi, where he designed several covers.
