Not only is fashion and style highlighted in official and unofficial events during Indian Market, it’s also seen throughout the week as attendees use the opportunity to serve looks at events and on the streets. I love people watching, and I also love taking portraits, so this year, with editor America Meredith’s blessing, I gave myself the challenge of asking stylish individuals if they would let me take their photo. While it’s impossible to capture all the great outfits at this time of the year, these photos show a small slice of how people are creatively dressing themselves, particularly when it comes to Native style.
